Meeting Schedule

 

How will a typical meeting work?

 

Registration, socializing, networking, snacks, drinks, and fun from 5:30 pm to 6 pm. 

 

The meeting begins promptly at 6 pm.

Welcome, overview and selection of the 3 nonprofits that will be presented.

5-minute presentations and 5 minute Q&A for the 3 drawn charities.

The nonprofit with the most votes will be the donation recipient.

Even if a member’s first choice isn’t selected, each member is committed to donating at each meeting.

 

The nonprofit organization receiving the donation is announced at the meeting after the votes are tallied.

Checks collected, more networking, and more fun.
